Extended Care (BeforeCare/AfterCare)

BEFORE & AFTERCARE

SEAS is pleased to offer supervisory care before and after school for all SEAS students in PreK-8th grade. All fees will be applied directly to your FACTS account. BeforeCare is available Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 7:30 am. AfterCare hours are Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Thurs 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Students are provided one snack during AfterCare.

Parents must register their child(ren) for after care prior to the day needed. Please use the link below to sign them up.

Full-Time Plan

This plan provides a guaranteed spot each day throughout the school year. Fees are billed monthly to your FACTS account regardless of hours used.

• BeforeCare Only | $700/year ($70/month) per student
• AfterCare Only | $2,500/year ($250/month) per student
• Before & AfterCare | $3,000/year ($300/month) per student

Spaces are given based on availability for those who need sporadic or last-minute care.

  • $5 per student per day (7:00am-7:30am)
  • $7 per student per day (6:30am-7:30am)
• AfterCare 
  • $7 per hour or partial hour per student

LATE PICK-UP

Students not picked up by 6:00 pm will be charged $6 per 10 minutes.  Parents who consistently pick students up past 6:00 pm may lose AfterCare privileges.

LATE PAYMENT

FACTS charges $35 per month for payments not made on time. Families with delinquent balances may lose AfterCare privileges.
